I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Hacienda Merida, enjoying the spaciousness of the room and the lovely pool area. The air conditioning, unfortunately, was a bit flawed, which made my nights quite uncomfortable. Breakfast could also improve, as it wasn’t as good as I'd hoped.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Hacienda Merida. The staff were incredibly courteous, and the historic hacienda was beautifully maintained, with gorgeous architecture that truly captures the essence of Merida. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning! However, I did find the mattress a bit firmer than I prefer, and there were a few minor maintenance issues in the room. Overall, I would gladly return for the charming ambiance and excellent service. 🌞
